Paul Phipps was born in Manhattan, New York, and grew up on Long Island.
Paul served in the United States Army as a Military Policeman with the 980th Military Police Company conducting physical security for a nuclear arms site in California, then with the 92nd MP Company, where he performed law enforcement duties in Germany. Paul completed his military service attached to the 3rd armored division as part of Operations Desert Shield and then Desert Storm, and his tour of duty included combat operations in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Iraq. Paul is currently a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association Military Affairs and Veterans Committee.
Paul worked for eighteen years at JPMorgan Chase, where he held myriad positions, including project manager, Six Sigma Black Belt, compliance manager, and his last position as Assistant General Counsel. Paul has been specializing in family law for fourteen years and serves clients in the Tampa Bay Area.
Education & Experience
A.A. in Liberal Arts from St. Petersburg Junior College, a B.S. in Business Administration from The University of Tampa, and a Law Degree from Stetson University. Paul was employed by JPMorganChase for 18 years, his last role being Assistant General Counsel.
