Megan joined NLG in 2023 as the Firm Administrator. Her responsibilities include managing firm operations, providing comprehensive support to the team, and working toward creative solutions that streamline internal processes and provide greater efficiency for our clients.
Before joining NLG, Megan spent eight years working in victim advocacy, providing services to survivors of all forms of violence. With this experience, Megan brings a deep understanding of the nuances of navigating family law matters in the wake of violent circumstances. At the forefront of her work, Megan prioritizes empathy and empowerment for the NLG team and our clients.
When she’s not working, Megan loves spending time with her wife and son. She will most likely be found going for a swim, taking a day trip to Disney, or making allergy-safe meals and snacks for her little one. She also loves a good book or podcast and is always looking for something new to add to her list.
