Ken wears a few hats at NLG. He is the firm’s Billing Specialist and handles the responsibilities associated with the retainer, payment, and invoicing part of the client relationship. Ken is your first point of contact at the beginning of your case, helping you complete the retainer agreement and navigate the process of paying your retainer. He is also your resource throughout your case, providing support for your billing, payment, and cost questions.
Ken also serves as Executive Assistant to the firm’s COO and works with the team to assist with the myriad operational needs in our office.
Ken joined the firm in 2021 as a receptionist, was quickly promoted to the scheduler, and then into his current role. He brings exceptional service to the team and our clients.
