Geneviève Torres was born in Montreal, Québec, Canada.
Her law practice is balanced by her love of tennis, having been recruited to the Women's Tennis Team at University of South Florida in 1999. It's a passion she continues today for the USTA Women's League.
Her four children (ages 5-16!) keep her engaged and entertained after her own divorce, giving her a valubale perspective on the trauma, recovery, and challenge that comes with being a single mother and working full time. When she isn't with her family or clients, Geneviève serves as a member of Charity Chics, a non-profit organization made up of professional women raising money for the community.
Geneviève’s first language is French, which she spoke exclusively until she moved to the United States in 1999!
Education & Experience
Geneviève graduated cum laude from USF in 2002, Stetson Law School in 2007. She founded Family First Law Group, PLC, managing the firm for thirteen years. In addition to Family and Marital Law, Genvìeve works on Will, Trusts, and Probate cases.
