A proud University of South Florida graduate, Abby has always had a soft spot for Tampa's unique charm. Post-graduation, Abby set foot into the professional world, securing a significant role as the office manager at a medical spa in New York City. Her experience in this role equipped her with valuable skills that she seamlessly incorporates into her current position at NLG.
At NLG, Abby takes on the pivotal role of being the first point of contact. Whether over the phone or in person, she approaches each interaction with genuine empathy, ensuring a deep understanding of clients' situations and guiding them in the right direction. Beyond client interactions, Abby provides invaluable back-end support to NLG's legal team, handling tasks ranging from ordering supplies to assisting with crucial documents.
However, as the saying goes, there's no place like home. Abby's heart remained tied to Tampa, with its unparalleled beaches, restaurants, and vibrant atmosphere. Now back in her beloved city, Abby is eager to explore the evolving landscape of Tampa. On Sundays, you'll likely find her strolling along Bayshore Blvd with her Goldendoodle, Finley, reconnecting with old college friends.
